Solutions for the Water Deficit

Answers for the Water Deficit Ground water Takatuf Issue Absence of groundwater become a major issue nowadays. Groundwater is significant and helpful; numerous nations are relying upon groundwater to gracefully clear, solid water to the resident. Here in Oman we have a similar issue and it for the most part exists in Al-Batinah coast where I live. You can use this kind of water in numerous different zones, for example, cultivating, local and mechanical. We should discover answers for these issues, to wipe out the shortfall in the spring since this issue has many negative impacts. These impacts are a decrease in the degree of the earths surface and some dry wells in light of the fact that groundwater plummet into the profound, driving ranchers frequently to extend the siphons to arrive at the water at the same time, this arrangement will cost them a great deal. Dry spell siphons may cause dry conditions in some horticultural locales since they use siphons to give water to their ranches. Some resident are experiencing dry season since they r elied upon these wells to give clear water to them to drink it, in any case, not many of those resident affected by maxing of ocean salt water new groundwater which Change water quality to get undrinkable and this reason deficiency of clean drinking water. In these regions like Al-Batinah individuals are additionally confronting a deficiency of drinking water. This issue exist in Oman before over a long time since the populace rose. Ranchers are progressively influenced by this issue since they rely for the most part upon the ground water for agribusiness. Residents are enduring too on the grounds that it is the primary wellspring of clean water which they drink. One of the reasons for this issue is saltwater interruption, â€Å"saltwater interruption is the development of seawater into springs and salt water blending in with ground water, which can add to ground water contamination and other consequences† (Wikipedia, 2014). We are confronting this issue in Al-Batinah and Salalah coasts, a colossal amount of saltwater interruption into the springs that taints clean water. The subsequent reason is water deficiency in Al-Batinah coast which is around 350 million cubic meters for every year since ocean water experiences groundwater layers and this causes groundwater contamination. Rising populace is another significant reason for this issue, when the populace builds the extent of water utilization increments. The fourth explanation of the deficiency is absence of precipitation and this influence contrarily on the capacity of groundwater in light of the fact that; downpour is the main wellspring of the groundwater the downpour Nourishes the water stockpiling. Arrangements Numerous nations began to explain this issue, for instance, United Arab Emirates propelled the undertaking cloud-seeding for counterfeit downpour and here is the significance of cloud seeding, â€Å"Cloud seeding, a type of climate alteration, is the endeavor to change the sum or kind of precipitation that tumbles from mists, by scattering substances into the air that fill in as cloud buildup or ice cores, which modify the microphysical forms inside the cloud.’’ (Wikipedia, 2014). They do some exploration about the mists for the activity then they send extraordinary plane for this strategic, target mists then they seed them, this activity has a few outcomes in the event that they utilized it continually because of the amassing of silver iodide noticeable all around, which is poisonous. This activity cost around 11 million dollars. In Australia and a few urban communities in United States of America they utilized Aquifer Storage and Recovery Systems. Spring stockpiling and recuperation (ASR) is the re-infusion of consumable water once more into a spring for later recuperation and use. ASR has been accomplished for civil, industry and horticulture use† (Wikipedia, 2014). They burrow numerous wells near dams and they treat water ocean water and after that they infuse the water to Tertiary springs to store it there to utilize it whenever they need it; this arrangement was a tremendous achievement in Australia and USA and now they need to grow this venture. In Egypt they utilized a methodology, Incorporated water assets the board (IWRM) which has been characterized by the Global Water Partnership (GWP) as a procedure which advances the organized turn of events and the executives of water, land and related assets, so as to augment the resultant monetary and social government assistance in an impartial way without bargaining the manageability of imperative biological systems. (Wikipedia, 2014). Finishing up Statement It is difficult to decision one of them yet, in my view ASR framework is the best answer for the nation on the grounds that ASR dissimilar to cloud-seeding it doesn't have any results; it has numerous advantages. In Al-Batinah we are experiencing floods when the sky downpour thusly, it is smarter to stop the floods by siphoning the water to the ground to revive the groundwater by this arrangement we don't squander any drop and we stop floods and simultaneously we store groundwater. Euthanasia Practice - Free Essay Example

Since when does people kill their selves to cure diseases? Euthanasia most commonly known as medically assisted suicide to end one’s life. Most people want to have a right to die because they may be terminally ill and be in excruciating pain that may feel like torment (BBC). Euthanasia is illegal in most of the United States, but there are states that have legalized this. Even though many people think one should have the right to die there are many organizations that are against the idea of euthanasia. One of the organizations is Hope and their mission is to create networks to put up a barrier to euthanasia (Hope). Hope is a coalition single group that wants to create a positive but effective message to the public. Another organization is Voice for life and their concern is to speak up for life regardless of any circumstances (Voice for life). Voice for life was founded in 1970 by a professor named Sir William Liley in New Zealand (History). Both organizations have similar views on euthanasia and have the knowledge that life is important regardless of any situation. Even though the organizations may differ, they have the same views on the issue and the purpose of this essay is to implement a partnership. Hope is a single coalition group who oppose euthanasia and is located in Australia. Hope is an organization that firmly believes that euthanasia or medically assisted suicide poses a risk for the vulnerable. Many elderly people who are the vulnerable feel pressured into making the decision to end their life because of being a burden to their families and the state (The telegraph). Most families are the ones that put the ideas in the elder’s head that the family would be better off without them. Euthanasia opens a pathway for the terminally ill, disabled, and the elderly people to see themselves to be an extreme emotional and financial burden to others (the national centre). In the states that allow euthanasia the children have to pick where one will have a medically assisted suicide. Some say that children shouldn’t have the right to choose euthanasia because children don’t have the knowledge or grasp on what life and death is (Debate). Hope’s organization creates networks of people who want to educate people of all ages on the issue of euthanasia. The organization goes around the world to organize events and have quality speakers to speak to people of all ages. These events give people the hope that one needs to advocate the issue and learn the measures of euthanasia that makes it almost unthinkable. During these events it is discussed how a medically assisted suicide would originally be performed and the effects of the suicide. During a euthanasia patient is injected with a local anesthetic that makes one fall into a coma, and the person will slowly stop breathing (Quora). The organization researches how an euthanasia is performed and shares it with their audience. While doing the research information is exchange between many people to get different ideas. Similarly, Voice for life advocates against euthanasia but in a different way. Voice for life believes one shouldn’t be allowing to kill themselves over diseases because that is not a cure. Voice for life values human life as some as conception to a natural death (Voice for life). Voice for life was founded in March 1970 in New Zealand. This organization was founded when two gynecologist specialists became aware of the abortion rates. In 2005 Voice for life expanded to all of women health and euthanasia as a topic of debate. Voice for life has over 30 branches that is educating and informing the public on the values of a human life. The organization challenges the communities outlook on euthanasia and to seek protection by law of the human law. Oregon, Vermont, and Washington have legalized assisted suicide (Sharecare). Montana can perform assisted suicide only after a court ruling (Sharecare). Most of the United States have not legalized euthanasia due to many rejected thro ughout some states. Voice for life wants to keep most of the United States to be against euthanasia and realize what the value of life is. Hope and Voice for life have similar views on euthanasia but have different ways on advocating the issue. Hope and Voice for life know the importance of life itself and want to educate the public about life. If Hope and Voice for life came together into a partnership, it would really benefit both organizations significantly. Coming into one would make them more significant because one lacks what the other has. Hope has a broadly well-known network base, but Voice for life is more of street post and local newspapers. If the two organization came as one, they would reach a larger base of audience. If Hope and Voice for life came into a partnership, there would be room to grow for both organizations as a whole. Hope organization offers events to educate the public while Voice for life will hand out packets with more information. After the events there will be people outside handing out packets and free to answer any questions one might have. These organizations would get the money for all events through funding. Hope and Voice for life will set up fundraisers to ensure a steady income to help with their partnership. Hope has testimonials from people who have cancer and terminal illnesses, Voice for life can broadcast these testimonials through media with the permission of the people. The testimonials being broadcast will get more people to know what’s it like to be sick but not to think about euthanasia. Voice for life seeks protection through legal action to enforce that euthanasia does not spread and Hope can get people lawyers involved through their large network base. Hope can find lawyers and policemen to help find legal action while Voice for life is knowledgeable about any legal action they can find. Hope organization has a team that researches euthanasia and builds on it, Voice for life can present the researched material to the media as a pro-life message. These organization are significant in gathering up people to fight their cause. The organizations want to educate and inform their audience about euthanasia. Hope organization is a single group of people who firmly believe that euthanasia poses risks to the vulnerable. Hope wants to create a message to all ages of people that euthanasia is not okay and should not be legalized. Voice for life believes that euthanasia will not cure anything. The organization wants people to understand and educate themselves about euthanasia. The organizations have a different way to advocate the issue but come together as a whole when it comes to with or against. These two organizations would benefit from coming together as partners and educating a larger audience. The Little Albert Experiment, By John B. Watson And Mary...

The Experiment Sierra North Kaplan University The Experiment What do Psychologists’, little boys, a hammer, and rabbits have in common? Sounds a tab bit disturbing, but in the world of psychology experiments were absolutely necessary to prove the theory. Everyone has a fear, but the question is, how did that fear come to be? Can you cure fear? These are some of the questions that John B. Watson and Mary Cover Jones hope to answer The little Albert Experiment According to Schultz and Schultz (2012), the little Albert Experiment was an example of stimulus generalization. This experiment was conducted by John B. Watson and his graduate student Rosalie Rayner, at Johns Hopkins University. John B. Watson showed evidence of Classical conditioning in his experiment with little Albert. As Mr. Watson began to show the child a series of objects, one of which included a rat. The child showed no signs of fear. Once John B. Watson felt he could â€Å"condition a child to fear another distinctive stimulus which would not normally be feared by a child† he introduced a hammer. This hammer was used to startle the child every time he saw the rodent. This was continued until little Albert would see the rodent and instantaneously cry. (Schultz Schultz, 2012) The procedures in this experiment were Classical conditioning and Stimulus generalization. The elements of Classical conditioning in this experiment were utilized to manipulate the emotions. Climate Change And The Greenhouse Effect - 1606 Words

Instead of Waiting for Climate Heroes, Let’s Look in the Mirror Despite mounting evidence and countless warnings, politicians around the world have still failed to address climate change. We need stronger climate leadership, to be sure, but instead of waiting for heroes to save us, maybe we can all help out and do some of the work ourselves? August 7, 2016 — It’s 2016, and we’ve known about climate change and the greenhouse effect for a very long time. And yet, despite decades of scientific research, reports, and warnings confirming the urgency of climate change, too many of our political leaders have done too little to actually solve the problem. Of course, there are some great exceptions: Governor Jerry Brown, former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, President Barack Obama, and Pope Francis have all done much to tackle climate change, often while facing strong opposition. But it’s not enough. Greenhouse gas levels continue to climb, the planet continues to warm, and we continue to wait for solutions. The world’s political leadership, on balance, has been too timid, too slow, and too disconnected from the science to adequately address climate change. And we’re left waiting, again, hoping for new leaders to arrive on the scene — leaders who will finally tackle the climate challenge. We continue to think this time, this time, is the time we’ll get leaders who will address it. I’m tired of waiting. And so are many others. Essay on Tartuffe - 1055 Words

Cleante: A True Enlightenment Man Moliere’s Tartuffe is from 17th century France, during the Enlightenment, or the Age of Reason. The type of Enlightenment in the western culture differed from the Eastern Asian philosophies. Enlightenment thinkers put faith in reason and analysis in the Western culture. Tartuffe was born to a culture that valued the age of rationalism, or practical thinking, which had gradually departed from religious beginnings. Furthermore, people in Paris were interested in Enlightenment values such as rationality, moderation, and order. In addition, good manners and gender roles were strictly enforced during this time period. Moliere demonstrates all of these Enlightenment values in his play. The†¦show more content†¦He tells Orgon that his love of Tartuffe is â€Å"nonsense,† and attempts to enlighten him about Tartuffe’s true nature. Yet Cleante knows that his brother-in-law’s mind is clouded by his emotions. Trying to talk sense into his brother, Cleante is the voice of reason, which goes unheard. Orgon believes so intensely in Tartuffe’s godliness and goodness that he is willing to give up anything for him, including his daughter’s happiness in marrying the man she loves. In Act I, scene 5, Orgon blatantly disregards the promise of marriage he made to Valà ¨re to his daughter and has plans to give his daughter’s hand to Tartuffe. Second, the value of moderation and reason in all things, as opposed to excess and obsession, is an important theme running throughout Tartuffe. Cleante is the voice of reason also because he promotes moderation and balance throughout the play. After Orgon realizes Tartuffe’s real nature, Orgon becomes emotional and begins to angrily say that he is â€Å"through with pious men† (Molià ¨re 244). Again, Cleante displays emotional control by questioning Orgon on why he could not be rational (Molià ¨re 244). Romanticism And The Formation Of The Romantic Era

How does Romanticism relate to the Enlightenment? A simple question, but with a very complex answer. Essentially, the Enlightenment is the very reason for the formation of the Romantic era. In order to understand how the Enlightenment inspired Romanticism, it is important to be familiar with each era as a separate entity. Consequently, the Enlightenment, also known as the â€Å"Age of Reason,† began during the late 1600s and lasted up until the mid-late 1700s. Some of the most prominent ideals that came into existence during the Enlightenment were the emphasis on reason, logic, and rational. Arguably, the most influential voices and authors throughout the era were John Locke, Thomas Hobbes, and Immanuel Kant. On the other hand, Romanticism†¦show more content†¦Due to philosophers’ logical approach to life, in literature they tended toward realistic assessments of topics such as government, or â€Å"order [and] authority [that is] inherently good,† and sh ould serve to safeguard humanity (Enlightenment and Romanticism: A Comparison). One such author of the topic was John Locke, a widely notable figure in the Enlightenment. In writing the â€Å"Second Treatise of Government,† he established the epitome of a perfect government, which was created for and ran by the consent of the governed, as well as instituted the principle of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, unalienable rights given to men. Other groundbreaking contributions to the Enlightenment include Immanuel Kant’s â€Å"What is Enlightenment?† and Thomas Hobbes’s â€Å"Leviathan,† both of which detail the very essence of the Enlightenment. These thinkers’ works reflected the beliefs held in the era because John Locke’s treatise focused on the logistics and reasoning of government, Immanuel Kant â€Å"emphasized the main point of the enlightenment—man’s emergence from his self-imposed nonage† (Kant), and Thomas Hobbes summarized most, if not all of Enlightenment ethics. However, the concept of reason as a basis of life, with a special emphasis on science and math, did not sit well with everyone. In general, it is helpful to think about Romanticism as an uprising against the Enlightenment standards. Analysis Of Dalton Conley s You May Ask Yourself

Dalton Conley’s book, You May Ask Yourself, defines sociological imagination as, â€Å"The ability to connect the most basic, intimate aspects of an individual’s life to seemingly impersonal and remote historical forces† (Conley 2015, pg. A-11). Sociological Imagination is the idea of being able to step outside of the box, and evaluate society from an alternative point of view. Symbolic Interactionism, norms, socialization, and the idea of understanding yourself vs. understanding the social aspect of society, are some of the key concepts mentioned throughout this paper, to help break apart what the sociological imagination consists of. Society is changing a lot, and change can sometimes make it hard to cope with the world around us. Sociological imagination is a lot deeper than just common sense. Author of The Sociological Imagination, C. Wright Mills states, â€Å" Talking about sociological imagination is what makes us feel more grounded in the face of all the se changes† (C. Wright Mills). If I keep an open mind, and pay attention to the larger world around me, I am better to understand the connections of what is going on in my individual life, and what is going on in the social world. Systematic Explanation of The Methods Employed

Question: Write an essay on systematic explanation of the methods employed in the research. Answer: This section consists of systematic explanation of the methods employed in the research that involves the effect of work-family enrichment to work engagement. In preparation for this research, the suitable independent variables consist of different forms of work-family enrichment such as family support, job independence, colleague support as well as supervisor support. On the other hand, the dependent variable in this research is work engagement. Conceptual framework Based on the identified variables, the figure 1 represents the conceptual framework for this research. Brief literature Review Work engagement According to Schaufeli Salanova (2011) work engagement refers to an optimistic and a comfortable position of the mind at place of work that is demonstrated by vigour, passion and strong interest towards a particular job. In other words, work engagement deals with what the workers do on daily basis (Bakker, 2011). This feeling can be perceived as motivating as well as lively, a feeling that staffs are positive about their tasks thus ready to set aside some extra time to work on the allocated tasks. In line with Fong and Ng (2012) thinking, work engagement can be measured using three distinct aspects such as vigour, dedication towards work and absorption. These measurement aspects correspond to Utrecht Work Engagement Scale or UWES proposition. In regard to Vigour, it depicts work engagement as use of much energy levels and mental easiness while conducting duties at place of work. Work engagement is also depicted as willingness to apply extra effort in personal work as well as the urge to meet shortcomings (Tims, Bakker and Xanthopoulou, 2011). Next, dedication entails a lot of involvement in a particular job and demonstrating some form of importance, strong interest, inspiration as well as seeming happily engaged in a specific task (Bakker, Albrech Leiter, 2011). Lastly, absorption is manifested in the manner in which workers are totally involved and enjoy their work. This is manifested by focused mind and ease in concentrating as well as natural enjoyment of tasks. Furthermore, there are myriad of factors that affect work engagement. These aspects include family support, the assistance other workers obtain from their workmates, job autonomy and the assistance that these employees receive from their supervisors. Firstly, family support is viewed from the perspective of family-work involvement (Zacher Winter, 2011). In most cases, this aspect as a determinant of work engagement holds in a communist society. For instance, in Asian countries, family support is essential in giving out social support and love to the working population, young as well as older society members (Victor, Martin Zubair, 2012). This leads to the first hypothesis: H01: Family support does not significantly affect work engagement Furthermore, Swanberg, McKechnie, Ojha and James (2011) assert that supervisors support influences work engagement. Particularly, Torrente, Salanova, Llorens and Schaufeli (2012) acknowledge that supervisor support results in enhanced work engagement since employees benefit from the informative support in terms of instructions as well as guidance which is vital in meeting the prerequisites of the work. The clear instructions enable an employee to understand the flow of work which creates enjoyment in the process of working. Hence, this leads to the second hypothesis: H02: Supervisors support does not significantly affect work engagement Moreover, Biggs, Brough and Barbour (2014) posit that colleague support strongly relates to good employee performance. In particular, colleague support assists employees manage stress successfully. In doing this, the workers are placed at a better position that relieves of problems associated with somatic systems that may result in rampant requests of sick-offs. Therefore, this leads to the third hypothesis: H03: Colleague support does not significantly affect work engagement According to Petrou, Demerouti, Peeters, Schaufeli and Hetland (2012) job autonomy has a positive relationship with work engagement. In this connection, high satisfaction and increased morale is achieved among workers in scenarios where there is job independence. When people are free from being monitored closely by the manager or bosses they feel part of the tasks they carry out and this makes them more comfortable. In addition, high job autonomy implies that workers are permitted to establish their individual plans. In different companies, job autonomy includes the tendency of workers making decisions of the way their tasks ought to be carried out. H04: Job autonomy does not significantly affect work engagement Measurement of the research variables In this research, the researcher will use 5-point Likert scale to identify the employees opinions on the effect of supervisor support, colleague support, job autonomy and family support on work engagement. Under the 5-point Likert Scale, different numbers are allocated for different responses whereby 1 stands for strongly disagree, 2 stands for disagree, 3 stands for neutral, 4 stands for agree and 5 stands for strongly disagree (Heiko, 2012). Research Plan Research philosophy as well as design The appropriate research philosophies for this study are constructivism as well as positivism. Frels and Onwuegbuzie (2013) describe constructivism as a philosophy that states that the participants ought to provide viewpoints which are highly influenced by their daily experiences. On this note, it holds to assert that the selection of research participants depends on the objectivity of the research which is achieved through the researcher selecting respondents that are professionals in the area of the study and are familiar with the research topic. It is on this premise that this research population was chosen. Secondly, the positivist philosophy acknowledges that any knowledge generated can be proved and substantiated using statistical tests. In this study, this philosophy will be used with the goal of knowing how family-work enrichment influences work engagement. Furthermore, the study has chosen descriptive design. From the name, this design concentrates on describing the behaviour or features of the research variables alongside their impacts (Bryman Bell, 2015). In this regard, the descriptive design stands out among all other designs as it is accurate and promotes organization of the research findings. According to Zikmund, Babin, Carr and Griffin (2012), descriptive research design is used alongside the questionnaires as it is concerned with explaining the characteristics of an individual or group. In this study, descriptive design is beneficial due to its advantages associated with time saving and minimal cases of bias. More so, it not only collects most relevant data for the research but also it demonstrates observable relationships among variables. In addition, it enhances conducting of the research on the section of target population and use of sampling techniques through administering questionnaires to identified group of participan ts (Bajpai, 2011). On this note, this research is concerned with the effects of family-work enrichment on work engagement in Chinese organisations. Research approach as well as research strategy The most relevant research approach is deductive. As Saunders (2011) explains, deductive research approach refers to the aspect of the researcher focusing on the previously formulated hypothesis for analysis. In other words, the conclusions derived from the analysis are only related to the hypothesis formulated before. This approach is advantageous as it relieves the researcher the burden of carrying out research which is not within the study scope, thus, saving a lot of time. Furthermore, this research employs case study strategy as the most appropriate research strategy. Bryman Bell (2015) asserts that case studies are researches conducted in a particular scope which in most cases is one or two organisations. This strategy is advantageous as it gives out a contextualised understanding of the ideas under investigation due to its nature of taking into consideration every organisational as well as industrial aspects in the study (Zikmund et al.,2012). This implies that the results obtained from case studies are thought to be more realistic as well as tailored to the organisation in comparison to the general survey which needs further modifications so as to reflect the unique characteristics of the company (Blumberg, Cooper Schindler, 2014). Population as well as sampling approach According to Saunders (2011) population is sometimes referred to as the universe which means all elements that are covered in the study area. In this study, the population which is also known as the universe are the research respondents who are employees in China. The rationale for preferring the employees is that they consist of a section of the population that is directly influenced by the aspects under investigation in the research apart from its proximity to the research topic. For this reason, these respondents are perceived to be knowledgeable regarding the study area. In this study, sampling approach entails use of representative samples to gather relevant information in the research (Bryman Bell, 2015). This approach is advantageous as it enhances fast as well as less cumbersome collection of data. In addition, the sampling frame is composed of the workers working with China Construction Bank. In this research, the sample will be drawn by application of convenience sampling method. This sampling method is regarded as the most appropriate in this research as it not only saves time but also aims at the most appropriate population. For this reason, the researcher is relieved from the trouble of having to walk unnecessarily while searching for specific respondents in the company. The sample size consisted of 100 employees which included the 40 employees from human resource department, 10 departmental managers and 50 junior employees from other departments. Data collection Furthermore, this research will employ questionnaires as data collection tool. This choice is appropriate as the respondents are perceived to be literate and are not within the same locality. Additionally, the questionnaires benefited the researcher as it is cheaper technique, quick as well as allows collection of data from different respondents at the same time (Zikmund et al.,2012). Bryman and Bell (2015) also noted that questionnaires are less strenuous in cases that involve extensive data collection. Another advantage is that, questionnaires entail recording of the responses in written form thus making it easy for safe storage of the data while awaiting data analysis process. This implies that, the use of the questionnaires is accompanied by reduced uncertainties associated with data lose. The data collection process will commence by the researcher entering the head offices of China Construction Bank and interact with the employees that will be at their working desks. At this jun cture, the researcher will take time to clarify the study goals and afterwards plead with the potential participants to provide their contributions to the study. Later, the researcher will give every employee that will be present a questionnaire and direct them to hand over to the researcher after filling them. In this research, the researcher expected to receive back 90 questionnaires out of hundred questionnaires that were issued. This implies that the research retrieval rate was ninety percent. Perhaps, this response rate was sufficiently significant to guarantee higher validity as well as reliability of the data collected. Data analysis Moreover, the researcher will employ quantitative research method in conducting data analysis. Hair, Wolfinbarger, Money, Samouel Page (2015) assert that quantitative approach to data analysis is useful in studies that deal with data that have numbers. For this reason, the data collected will be converted into numerical form. Afterwards, the data will be input into the SPSS to facilitate the data analysis process. From this point, relevant commands will be executed through the SPSS and the summary of findings will be generated and presented in form of frequencies, descriptive statistics as well as correlation tables. Then, the regression analysis will be carried out to find out the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. Using t-statistics, the research hypothesis will be tested. The test will manifest either there is relationship between the researchs independent as well as dependent variable. Pilot study or questionnaire pre-testing According to Eriksson Kovalainen (2015) pilot studies are tests which are done to promote clarity and autonomy of data gathering tool. In this context, the data gathering instrument is the questionnaire. These tests are essential in research that involves use of questionnaires as the answers that the respondents provide have been already determined. On this note, it is easy for the researcher to know whether a particular questionnaire item may give rise to unclear responses. As such, the researcher can make adjustments to enhance clarity of the questionnaires. In this study, the pilot study will be conducted on 5 students who were selected from human resource class. Their appointment will be on the premise that they are knowledgeable in matters pertaining the determinants of employee work engagement. Research Ethics Above all, the researcher will comply with all the necessary research ethics. Firstly, the researcher will obey the participants right associated with accessing useful information to the research (Miller, Birch, Mauthner and Jessop, 2012). To further this, the researcher will unveil possible information to those taking part in the research and specify their roles during the inquiry. Next, the research participants will be assured that there will be no disclosure of personal identities in the course of the research. This will be done by ensuring that no name of any participant will appear in the research report that will be prepared in the end of the research. In fact, this will help to curb cases of prejudice in providing responses, thus increasing the accuracy of the research findings. Besides, the researcher will ensure that none is forced to give out his/her perspectives on the research subject. This will be done by obtaining information from the respondents that confirm their par ticipation before the real day of collecting data. In regard to the rights on the utilisation of the research information, the researcher will disclose to the participants that the data as well as the research report will form part of the literature related to the research topic. Also, the report will be useful among managers in decision making on the ways the productivity of the employees can be optimised. Business Virtual Marketing Strategy Samples †MyAssignmenthelp.com

Question: Discuss about the Business Virtual Marketing Strategy. Answer: Introduction Virtual marketing is very common in the business world in the recent years. However, virtual marketing is an example of the modern technology that enables the investors to maximize their business performance (Okahashi et al. 2013). Search engine positioning, website indexation, online advertisement, social media marketing and content development are the major parts of the virtual marketing. Social networking devices are used rapidly in the virtual marketing to meet the business objectives. In order to implement new changes in a business virtual marketing strategy is developed. Internet marketing is the core area of the virtual marketing that is applied by the organization to advertise their products and to deliver messages in the public domain. This current study deals with the effect of virtual marketing on the business performance and the potential factors of virtual marketing will be critically addressed in the literature review section. Project objectives Establishment of the project objectives is crucial to carry out the whole project In order to get desired outcomes development of specific objectives are necessary to carry out a research (Yoo et al. 2015). To understand the changing demand of the customers over the time To critically evaluate the impact of the virtual marketing strategies on the business performance of the organization in near future To critically evaluate the effect of the virtual marketing strategies in the improvement of the entire industry. Scope of the Project This project aims to carry out an in-depth analysis of the virtual marketing and its impact on the business industry. This project will be helpful to understand the significance of the virtual marketing in business performance. Therefore, challenges regarding the virtual marketing will be addressed through this project. Improvement of the existing knowledge regarding any topic can be done through analysis of a research project (Iqbal and Ali 2014). This present project focuses on the changing demands of the customers. Hence, virtual marketing is beneficial to meet the current needs of the consumers by taking online feedbacks from them. On the other hand, the business industries will be able to gain knowledge about the virtual marketing strategy and its importance in business. This project also gives an overview of the effectiveness of the virtual marketing on the future development of the business organization. However, rapid application of the virtual marketing in various industries is a common trend in the recent years (Lau et al. 2014). Hence, this research project will be helpful for the business owner to increase their knowledge about the application of virtual marketing based on the customer demand. Literature review Virtual stores are generally developed in the high traffic areas like bus stand, markets and the places where consumers gather for their daily work (). Tesco is a well-known retail sector that established their virtual store in Seoul that is the busiest station. Due to the popular business, Tesco can easily increase the number of customers, on the other hand, virtual stores easily attract the customers towards Tesco's business Yoo et al. 2015. Products those are displayed in the virtual store are not the actual product. However, the poster is designed based on the pattern of the actual product. Customers scan the product in the virtual store and the product is added to the basket of the internet server. Hence, when the payment is done a notification is sent by the home plus app to the delivery executives and they deliver the product to the right place at right time. According to the statistics, Tesco has increased 130% of its sale through the online marketing. Themanagement of any business organization needs to understand the current requirement of the consumers while using the virtual marketing to increase their sales (Lau et al. 2014). As for example, Tesco needs to identify the appropriate technology and strategy of the virtual marketing. Due to routine bound life and hectic working schedule, the customers are not able to give proper time to their shopping. However, virtual marketing or online marketing allows customers to spend quality time in their shopping by observing different products on different shopping websites. They do not need to go shop and their transportation cost is also saved. On the other hand, the physical stores are opened for a limited time while through the virtual marketing customers are able to get 24 hours service for their shopping. Tele-presence experience is a part of the virtual technology and organizations use such technology as the virtual marketing strategy. In comparison to other communication techniques, virtual communication technologies are more advanced in nature (Esposito and Evangelista 2014). However, other communication techniques include e-mail, text message and telephonic message while virtual communication expands the marketing activities of business organizations and purchasing behavior of the customers for a particular product or service. In order to maximize virtual communication in the customer's domain smart phones, the internet is used rapidly. Many apps are installed in the smart phones through which consumers access virtual communication properly. Such advanced apps enable consumers to maximize their shopping activities from any place and anytime. This current study focuses on the relationship between two consumers and relationship between an organization and the consumers in the contex t of the online marketing or virtual marketing. Development of the virtual environment in an organization enables them to understand 2D and 3D concepts in order to develop a materialistic and geometric display of their products (Chen et al. 2013). However, product display is an important part of the virtual marketing as attractive display easily gains customer attention. However, it is important for the organization to develop virtual objectives to identify the interaction style of the customers with such virtual objectives. TV computers and web cam are the examples of virtual objectives. Such objectives allow consumers to get a better shopping experience. On the other for the virtual marketing, it is crucial for the organization to personalize the virtual technology. However, virtual technology serves as an assistant of shopping for the consumers. Such virtual technology gives in-depth information regarding the product or service of an organization to the customers according to their choice (Mata and Quesada 2014). Apart from thi s spatial interaction is important to control and monitor the strategies of virtual marketing in an organization. Virtual community plays an important role in virtual marketing. However, the virtual community can be referred as the typical group of consumers having common choice and purchasing behavior (Chaffey et al. 2013). Different virtual media generate such virtual community and contemporary groups are the suitable example of the virtual community. According to the research, virtual community influences strategies of virtual marketing. On the other hand, the trustworthiness of virtual community is associated with identifying the problems regarding online information and other policies of virtual marketing in an organization. Social structure and model plays an important role in influencing the virtual community to change their purchasing behavior towards a product or service in the context of virtual marketing (Turban et al. 2015). However, each consumer belongs to a specific group and specific culture in a society. Through the virtual communities, choice of such specific group can be determined on a social networking site. Such virtual communities and loyal customers can act as the effective tool for virtual marketing in the context of any organization. It is important for any business to make a comparison between the virtual shopping and the real world shopping as for example, Tesco has both virtual marketing and real-world shopping thus they can identify the differences if such two marketing (Rix et al. 2016). Virtual shopping highlights a relationship between the consumer choice and the technological advancement, which maximizes the effectiveness of virtual marketing. Literature problem This current literature highlights on the different aspects of the virtual marketing and its application in business. However, there is less account of the factors of virtual marketing that influence the organization to adopt virtual marketing. However, it is important for a research to exhibit the factors that are associated with the virtual marketing (Creswell and Poth 2017). This current literature has provided the information about the Virtual marketing while there is no clear account of the factors of virtual marketing. On the other hand, it is important to give a clear account on the purpose of the literature review and it should not be just the summary of the knowledge about the topic. However, it is important to give a detail justification of the current knowledge regarding the topic (Litosseliti 2017). In the present literature, review there is less account of arguments, as a result, this section is not being sufficiently critical in nature. A literature review refers to the original contribution of the knowledge of human being. In the previous literature, the researcher has demonstrated the facts in a simple way that seems like the repetition of the previous findings. Hence, this current literature review needs more evaluation that is critical to the virtual marketing in business context. Gaps opportunity This current literature review focuses on the virtual marketing and its impact on the various business sectors. However, in the first section of the literature review, it has been found that the virtual marketing is a cost-effective process that enhances the business. There is a good relationship between the consumers and the virtual technology. In this study, instrumental relationship with the virtual technology and the consumers are briefly discussed. Apart from this, a gap is developed based on the different viewpoints of the authors in this section. Based on this further research can proceed. However, there is less account of the factors of virtual marketing that makes a gap in the literature review section according to which the further study will be conducted. Hypothesis Hypothesis 1: The virtual marketing is beneficial for the business industry Hypothesis 2: The virtual marketing is not beneficial for the business industry Research Questions Primary Questions What are the impacts of virtual marketing strategies on the organizational performance? Secondary Questions What is the effect of virtual marketing on the improvement of the entire business industry? What are the changing demands of consumers over the time? Research design and methodology Qualitative research method Qualitative research methodology includes positivism philosophy, deductive approach and descriptive research design method. Reliability and validity Reliability and validity is a great part of the research methodology that needs to be considered during the data collection (Brannen 2017). In this research, it is important to make the information confidential that is collected through the qualitative method. According to the Data Protection Act 1998, no personal question should be asked to the participants. Validity refers to the validity of the information, which is collected through qualitative method. Sampling techniques Sampling technique is an important part of the research methodology as based on it the data has been collected (Levitt et al. 2017). Probability and non-probability are the two types of sampling methods. Probability method has been used as the sampling technique in the data collection method. Sample size In this qualitative method, 5 managers from different MNC are selected for the interview. However, perceptions of such managers over the virtual marketing are gathered through the interview process. Data collection method In the qualitative research, methodology data has been collected through the interview process. However, this is an old and reliable method to gather data from the concerned persons. Hence, in this qualitative process interview is a good method to t reliable data regarding the virtual marketing strategies and its impact on the business industry. Variable Specifications This current research has two variables one is dependent and other is independent. However, this study highlights the impact of virtual marketing strategies on the future development of the business organization. Hence, virtual marketing strategy is the independent variable and development of the organization is the dependent variable. Quantitative Research Research design Quantitative research methodology includes positivism philosophy as this research philosophy highlights on the factual knowledge (Jagdale et al. 2017). The deductive approach has been selected in the quantitative methodology. Therefore, the descriptive design has been selected in this quantitative research. However, the descriptive design includes various aspects of a selected phenomenon. However, a descriptive research design focuses on the issues related to the collection of data. Therefore, this design allows the researcher to describe the situation in a proper way. Hence, the descriptive design is associated with the explaining, describing and validating the findings of the research. Research instrument In this quantitative research, the questionnaires are considered as the research instrument. However, the questionnaire is a good practice in the research as it enables a researcher to get valid data from a huge population or some concerned persons (Hammerschmid 2017). In this quantitative research, the survey has been conducted. Analysis of quantitative data Quantitative data analysis includes data that is collected from the survey of a large population. However, in this study quantitative data is analyzed through using tables, charts, and graphs. The graphical representation is a vital part of qualitative data analysis. Sampling and sample size Probability method has been selected as the sampling technique. Therefore, 20 employees from two different MNC are selected for the conducting the survey. Design of survey question Well-structured questions are designed to conduct the survey. However, no personal questions can be asked during the survey that may affect the sentiment of the participants. Validity and reliability of the collected data It is important to collect valid data from the quantitative data collection method. However, participants may give diplomatic answers that affect the reliability of the collected data. Therefore, the collected data should be valid otherwise; it will affect the research method. Research limitations Time constraint is one of the major areas of research limitation (Lage and Ancutiene, 2017). However, due to lack of proper time the researcher was not able to collect the data in a proper way. Therefore, the information that is collected for the secondary analysis in the literature review section is hard to access. Some journals are not valid and these are excluded. Some financial barriers also affect the research study. Some journals are paid versions that are too difficult to access for the researcher. Therefore, some journals are not published in the recent years, as a result, these are discarded by the researcher. Time schedule Figure 1: Gantt chart (Source: Researcher) Conclusion The above study is associated with the use of virtual marketing and its impact on the future development of the business sectors. However, it has been received that virtual marketing is a common trend in the recent years and many companies use it to develop their business. In the present day, the business is technology oriented for this reason the traditional marketing is replaced by the virtual marketing in order to gain the competitive advantages and the enhance the sales revenue generation. Therefore, virtual marketing is the present and future aim of a business to meet their business objectives. In order to provide 24 hours service to the customers virtual marketing is an essential tool. On the other hand, virtual marketing builds a good relationship between the customers and the organization by developing and effective communication through the internet.
